NOVEMBER 1st, 10 AM - 4 PM, the Cooley Dickinson Blood Mobile will be parked outside Luckys Tattoo Northampton Trading Pints of blood for pints of Bart's ice cream and a coupon good for 50% off any merchandise in Luckys!!! We just returned from Las Vegas where we attended the Association of Professional Piercers Annual conference and jewelry exposition! 5
days of classes from 10 AM till 8 PM covering all the latest in Health
and Safety and all the newest information related to the piercing
industry. Penelope took classes such as natural aftercare alternatives,
investigating single point piercing, history of modern piercing as
well as taking yearly updates in first aid, CPR, and bloodborne
pathogens training. In order for Lucky's to offer you the very best in
Body Modification, we realize that learning never stops and seek out
the most up to date information to continue to raise the bar in the

Check out this weeks issue of the Valley Advocate for the results of the Advocates Readers Poll! There is a a nice write up and a hilarious picture of some of our staff, complete with our counter girl Hope's son Dagon (who is 3 and looks super bad ass!)...Lucky's was voted Best Tattoo Shop and Best Piercing Shop in the Valley!!! This year was particularly exciting because the Best of Springfield and the Best of the Valley were merged to create only one "Best Of " vote in the Pioneer Valley. Zach is Back

Zach is back!!!! After a few month trip out to the West Coast, our fabulous piercer Zach will be returning in August to head up the Luckys piercing staff in Amherst. Zach is a long time piercer of Luckys and was apprenticed by our head piercer, Penelope. He has been piercing professionally for 5 years and is one of the Best around. We are excited to welcome him back on board. All 3 piercers will be rotating through both studios so both sides of the bridge can experience what they each have to offer.

We just got back from one week in Las Vegas at the Association of Professional Piercers annual conference, where we renewed all of our yearly first aid, CPR, and Bloodborne Pathogens training We also participated in many other continuing education classes as well as conferred with some of the top Piercers from around the world!!! This conference is not only a great chance for us to get up to date with the latest information in the industry, but to get the newest and coolest jewelry for you!!!
